AGPLv3
Open source studio management software
AuraFlow runs a studio end to end — scheduling, memberships, payments, retail, video and the books behind them. The source is public under the GNU Affero General Public License, so you can read it, change it, and run it on your own server.
Why the licence matters to a studio
Your data stays yours
Self-host and the member records, payment history and schedule sit on infrastructure you control. Nothing is locked behind an export request.
No lock-in
If the hosted service stops suiting you, the software does not stop working. You can take it with you, because you already have it.
Auditable
How payments are handled and how the audit log is chained are things you can check for yourself rather than take on trust.
What is in the box
- Scheduling
- Classes, appointments, courses and waitlists.
- Memberships
- Unlimited plans, class packs, drop-ins and day passes.
- Payments
- Card processing, recurring billing and a point of sale.
- Inventory & retail
- Stock, products and sales alongside the front desk.
- Accounting
- Books and tax handling that reconcile with what was taken.
- Video
- An on-demand library for members who practise at home.
- Marketing
- Campaigns, ads and the reporting that follows them.
- Audit log
- A hash-chained record: every change traceable, none rewritable.
Self-hosted or hosted
Running it yourself is free and always will be — that is what the licence guarantees. The hosted service is the same software with the servers, upgrades, backups and support handled for you, which is what most studios would rather not do on a Tuesday night.
